TRIMA is one of Israel’s most well-established pharmaceutical companies. We care for all our stakeholders and strive towards equitable, respectable, accessible and professional service.
The Company operates and promotes accessibility matters as defined in the Accessibility Legislation of Israel.
Call center accessibility (+972-74-7141147):
Our service centers are available and accessible to all our customers, including people with disabilities. Voice answering is tailored and free of background music, slow tempo and simple language.

Website Accessibility
This website meets the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Adaption of Accessibility to Services), 2013.
The website conforms to the recommendations of the Israeli standard (SI 5568) for web content accessibility at Level AA and the recommendations of W3Cs WCAG 2.0 document.
It has also been adapted for display on the most popular Web browsers, among them google chrome and explorer 11 in their most updated version.
It is recommended to use this site with a desktop version to get the most of the accessibility adjustments.
How To Use The Site
Navigation between areas
The site pages are divided into areas – main menu area, central content area and footer area. There is a possibility to skip between the areas so it is easier to get the content you want faster.
At the beginning of each page, there is a Level 1 title that indicates the name of the page you are in.
Site Navigation
There is a link at the top of the site pages that opens the navigation menu, from where you can access all pages.
The site’s pages can also be accessed through the list of pages that appears in the footer
Home navigation
there are six screens on the home page – to navigate between them, use the up and down arrow keys.
Keyboard shortcuts
To navigate the site using the keyboard, use the Tab button. Each click will take you to the next link.
Clicking Shift + Tab will take you back to the previous link.
In the main navigation menu of the site can navigate using TAB and – SHIFT + TAB.
